Unsatisfied with matress

I am from ALASKA ! I do not recommend to purchase a mattress from here. Before I purchased a mattress I was told by the cashier name Sean Robinson, he told us we can return the mattress we purchased in less than 60 days. We came in less than 60 days and spoke to the manager Kameron Knox, that had a total indifferent attitude toward the situation, I told the manager Kameron Knox the mattress is giving me pain in my neck and back and I spent 500 dollars in the mattress and he didnt bother to fix the problem the manager didnt bother to care for the situation or care for the mistake of what the cashier Sean Robinson made. I moved from ALASKA a month ago, we dont have At Home in ALASKA, now that I moved into mobile, and wanted to try out this new store and make it or our local store and spend more money but I had a bad experience with the manager Kameron Knox. Now Im crying with this neck pain and back pain from a mattress I can not return and I have to sleep with this pain every night and wake up with even more pain. There is nothing I can do with this mattress but to suffer the neck pain and back pain sleeping on this mattress. They lied to me saying I can return it and then say different, now saying I cant return it.
