I ordered a Cajun Chicken Tray with extra Cajun chicken and instead of putting extra Cajun seasoning the put hot sauce on my sandwich. I cant have Hot sauce because Im allergic. If the lady would have told me ahead of time I wouldve ordered something else. I brought the sandwich back and told the night manager what was going on, and she snatched my food and didnt even ask if I wanted a refund. She then, took my old sandwich out and remade it but didnt make the rest of the food fresh, then she put the fresh sandwich back in the box that had ketchup prints all on it from when I got it the first time. I am highly upset at the experience that I got from Cookout on 6903 Cliffdale Rd in Fayetteville NC. User's recommendation: Check your food before you leave.
