Unsatisfied pick up

We live in Pittsburgh Pa and as a courtesy to our grandchildren we tried to order 3 chicken dinners and 1 turkey for them who live in Hermitage Pa. the entire experience was a nightmare. She called at 2:15 and placed the order. The person told her to call back at 5 with the order and credit card information. When she called back she was told that she couldn’t give her credit card information. She asked to speak to a manager. After a 29 minute hold. The manager charged the Credit Card. When our grandson showed up to pick up the meal. It wasn’t ready. It took an hour to get the food and then the teller made him pay $45.00 in cash that was already paid for. My wife called the manager back who said he didn’t know this was going on out front. He said he would have the charges removed from her credit card. The way I see it we shouldn’t have to pay for anything. AND when my grandson got home they were missing a dinner. I know this was a hectic day but this is unacceptable. User's recommendation: Don’t order fro the Hermitage Bob Evans.
