Unsatisfactory explanation from a Scag representative to my ongoing problem
2 major expenditures from 2 poorly trained Scag service techs. Then after talking to a Scag representative, he informs me that they DO train their field techs? After that was blown off, he precedes to inform again, that, my 27 hp Kohler is not a problem for Scag, but now I need to reach out to Kohler, to find out more about my problem! Definitely between a rock and a hard place / passing the buck big time! User's recommendation: Don't have any problems?
