On August 16, 2021 I went into the KFC located at Hall Street in Concord NH.. As I was waiting to place my order, I saw the employee who had been taking orders and working the register while wearing gloves, proceed to go over and, using the same gloves, grab the chicken by hand to fill an order. I found that to be very unsanitary and decided I would NOT eat food handled like that, so I walked out without ordering. I thought they were supposed to use tongs to handle the food or at least change gloves ..
