Unreturned call
I rang a few times regarding a refund for 3 tickets. I was passed on back to the original caller I called to apologise as I kept being placed on hold and cut off. I waited for some time but got cut off. I was told I needed to go to the hospital because my mental health isnt right is what I was told by a manager. I did go to the hospital because I was shocked. Is there anyway we can resolve this without hearing shouting and a thousand other callers. Where I can clearly hear the agent speaking please. Thanks
