I ordered an American Eagle Wreath Jan. 30. I tried to contact them several times after 10 days to check on my order and get an arrival date. I found they have NO customer service phone. The "chat" they offer is absolutely USELESS as all they do is "escalate" the matter and then it is ignored. They keep saying they will follow up with me but never do. I have also tried emailing their customer service email without response. Around February 14, I learned that it was being sent to the wrong address and on February 26 received confirmations from USPS that it was delivered to the wrong address. I have filed with the BBB and am looking to tell my story to anyone who will listen. At this point I have NOT received my item but have been charged for it. It appears that I am out the money that I spent. Don't waste your time with this company. User's recommendation: DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
