Unresponsive company, avoids customer contact

Verizon sent me an email about changes to my acct., which I didn't make. I am trying to call to find out what is going on. Your automated cust. service hangs up on me telling me to use online, but your service is bad and their is no internet, so I CAN'T USE IT!!!!!!!! Why can't I reach a phone company BY PHONE?? User's recommendation: Don't use this provider.
