Unresolved Incorrect Order

On October 1st, I ordered the Tie Bar Mark and Graham bow tie set (item #299****) When I received my order, it did not contain the striped bow tie that is in the picture on the website. Instead of the bow tie, it contained a regular tie that is red and navy. I called customer service and they said that they would re-send the order. After a month of calling, I have now received FOUR incorrect shipments with the same red and navy tie instead of the bow tie. I have spent over six hours on the phone with customer service throughout this month and no one has been able to fix this for me. I resorted to emailing instead of calling, and have been going back and forth on email for the past month and they keep saying they will let me know in "5-7 days" when my replacement is coming. Every 7 days I send a follow up email and get the same response
