I recently bought a car with a CARFAX report which included some repairs done on a specific date (brakes) but excluded other repairs which were of material interest (hardcover gaskets and plenum gasket). I have had problems with the car since I bought it; now checking on Lemon Law. Can CARFAX or the dealer be held responsible for fraud, misrepresentation, suppression and negligence? Dealer withheld critical repairs that are now connected to the Powertrain. Thank you!
