Ellis appliance is totally un reliable. Started February 22 for microw wave repair . He had to order parts when I called him one week later to see were parts were did not remember me. Then ordered parts. I was informed by warranty company they were in. Never got any call back for another week came out yesterday did not again have proper tools to take micro apart. Was to get correct screw driver and return today never showed when I called him he said he still did not have it. One month later still do not have working microw. Home warranty company is just going to replace whole thing.not their fault again think twice before using ELLIS Appliance out of Redford
