Unprofessional Staff and GM.

This new dealership is completely ridiculous. There are a few new people that are great but I feel bad for them because of the way they are treated. The older staff (been there since last owner of nissan) are completely rude. I was looking at a car and it had the wrong information on it, price and everything and the staff was telling me about the car, they thought the information was correct. But it wasn't. And the GM decides to invite himself over and be completely rude to his own co-worker and call him names then attempts to disrespect me for believing this was the correct price... Who treats their customers like this ? Clay Cooley Nissan of colerain Ave does.... GM is very arrogant and ill prepared for this type of business. Talks to people with complete disrespect. So many people just standing around no one jumps to help you when you walk in. Not to mention the lies and ads these people send out about winning a $150 gift card.. Wal-Mart gift cards and iPods... Ive receive stuff in the mail about winning these things and when I show up to the dealership to claim it ...it's only $5 kiss my *** this place is a joke. They can definitely keep their lousy $5! It really makes me sick how certain businesses think they can get over on people. Just because they don't have any business rolling in. I don't blame people for not showing up. I wouldn't ever again.
