I frequently use ONE PLUS phone from a long time as well as recommended the other people too. Every year when a new phone comes I trade with my one-year-old phone . In March 2020 I trade with New Phone 7T from New Delhi India, but after couple of months there were issues which was effecting my work. I came back to Calgary Canada and I called the One plus representative in October 2020 but no help then I called in November 2020 still they haven't helped me later in January 2021 with the frustration I called them, and then they had listened and asked me to send the device to their Repair center but later after few days they send me the email that because this device was purchased from out of Canada, so I have to pay for new Mother board. I have told them that this is an international brand and while calling to the One Plus Representative I mentioned several times that I had purchased this device from India but that time they haven't mentioned me anything. Furthermore, I requested them to connect me to their Management Team or General manager, but they refused and send my phone back. One Plus is lacking in Customer Service especially the Top Management as they should go for training that How to Supervise and Customer Service because rank and File Staff will do the same what they will learn from their management. I strongly say that ONE PLUS phone Service is very poor and unprofessional. They don't know how to handle the customer complaints who are a regular user of their Brand. They don't know or have ego that there are another brands are also available in the Competitive Market which can give the best results User's recommendation: SERVICE IS PATHETIC.
