I attempted to work with Tawanda about a customer service issue, and she was not only insulted me the moment I questioned her, but accused me of sexism and tried to have me fired from my job. For context, she was confused about an aspect of our website, and instead of asking us for help or assistance via email, she filed a complaint about our company on the BBB site and accused us of "giving away" her products, a move that not only undermines our future as a platform, but demonstrates a basic flaw in the understanding of client-customer relationships. When asked for proof of the flaw in our site, she accused me of sexism and attacked me for being unprofessional, then said she'd send our correspondence to my CEO, lawyers, and investors. Totally normal responses to everything.
