Went to studio movie Grill in the Highlands I have to purchase the tickets earlier the day online and the movie start at nine arrived at 9:10 the doors were locked we knocked on the door called and there was eight employees in the front that looked at us and walked away came back the next day spoke to a manager he apologized and said unfortunately he's unable to respond I'll have to take it up with corporate however he provided us four tickets we would take the wheel able to see a movie that same day he said that we can return. Went to the location Irving ordered food and we actually ordered chicken bites and wings we did not receive the wings received the tab that showed that the wings were still on the bill ask your manager he room removed it and then I received notification that a tip was added to my ticket which I did not authorize.
