Unpaid for completed surveys

I am recent member of the canadian division of Cotter: Daily Rewards. I completed a lot of surveys being transfered to their partner's site PeanutLab. I have never got paid for those and the pending payments have even been ereased from my account. I never had any response from the four emails I sent them. They owe me at least $35.00 for those.
