The first week of july, we came home after a weekend away to find an extra recycle can was left on our driveway. I called to get it removed, and was told it would happen july 13th. That day came and went, and after a week, I called and was assured it would be removed july 27th. Its still here. I called republic and a customer service rep told me it was scheduled for the 27th. I think she was just telling me what I wanted to hear to get me off the phone. I didn't order this thing, and want it taken away!!!
