The shendoaha river is flooded because on the intense rain. The way i go home was blocked by a road closed sign on one side of the road. So i slowly drove past to see what was up and devise from my observation a way home. The officer saw me and pounted to a spot so i pulled up. He asked" did you see the road sign" i said yes, i drove down to see. Liscense and registration he said. I supplied him with them and he said wait here. He provided me with a ticket for failure to obey a highway sign. U told him you could have just asked me to turn around and i would have, you didnt need to do this. I will never give a dime or any support to any officer ever again. Im a good person and was not attempting to drive through. I obeyed every direction and he could have simply been descent. He gives police the bad reputation they struggle with and You cops are on your own. I will never help or aide another one again as long as I live.
