My pan was a 4GLTE and everything went well. However, 3 or 4 months ago, they sent me a new 5G SIM CARD and I am not even able to send a simple photo. I tried to up grade my plan to "Unlimeted", but 10 days later, I don't have enough speed to up or down load anything. Even to open a site or watch a video. User's recommendation: Don't believe in Unlimited Offer from this company.
