I was behind on payments due to covid 19 and I spoke to them on July 17th 2020. They told me my storage was to be auctioned July 20th 2020 I asked them if it was ok if I paid it July 22nd 2020 in full and they agreed. Well I called July 21st 2020 to make sure it was still there and they informed me that they already auctioned it. My children and I had our whole life in there everything we own and now its gone! I want justice they lied to me and sold my stuff with no hesitation at all. They didnt send me not one email or leave any voicemails for me at all before it was auctioned! User's recommendation: Dont go through them they are crooks.
