july 7 2018 found an over draft from a billing from them on my bank account. No one has ordered anything for a monthly re occuring charge. I tried several times to reach them. You can't get ahold of anyone there, much less get anywhere with their "contact us" email. It runs you in circles of things you have already done. Use your email and last 4 of your card to look up your order....It will not recognize anything I put there. I've searched through their web page to find someway to directly contact them and there is nothing there. All their choices lead back to the email and last 4. I don't want to have to go through arguing a charge with the bank but that is where i'm headed.
