Only response for months by IERF: "We have forwarded email to your university and are waiting on their response". How many emails sent in 6 months - only 2...after which IERF staff and evaluator just waiting around and waiting. August 01, 2012 when I summited my online application and called up IERF to confirm receipt. At first got very fast and friendly response. February 05, 2013 is when I demanded for a refund and only got refund of the 24 hour rush service I had applied for on August 01, 2012. Just by those two sentences abov you can tell how IERF takes customer service and their consumers priority. Just hopeless...all office staff having to speak to more than 5 or so staff members upon follow up.
