I bought a pair of Billy Joel tickets from Universal Stubs and the tickets had been double sold. So I called this 800 line from their website and some clueless person in some other country picked up the phone and had no idea what A) Universal Stubs was and B) was of zero help to me. I hung up the phone and tried calling again.....this lady this time told me that the company she works for is outsourced and can not help in these situations....I gave up for the day and tried again the next day. That person told me they buy their tickets from places like backpage, ebay and craigslist and can not promise the tickets will work. Are you kidding me???????? What a flippin scam. you are CRAZY to buy tickets from these guys...
