I had taken loan as monthly installments and selected option of schedule payment. For my surprise I see that amount is not getting deducted automatically and I was getting calls. So I logged in and checked that I am being changed 40$ as late fee every month and I have been charged Promo monthly charges which I was not aware and they are charging 182$. I tried calling customer services and they are the worst..they just hung the phone without even addressing.. I have been on calls tried calling 12times but not help.. Understand from one of the customer care that scheduling payment is not auto deduct.. This bank is cheating people and they do not have any point of contact.. Sujatha User's recommendation: Do not use Comenity bank at all, they cheat people. They do not have proper customer care as well.
