Unhappy with rental

I rented a car through avis and get to the hotel and the car was dirty on the inside so they gave me another car through budget and this car has marks over front and rear of the car also the side where it has been damaged I'm going to try to send pictures,I paid a lot of money for this rental very disappointing .
