Unhappy with product repairs

We sent our microwave in to be fixed. Have waited 4 weeks (with NO microwave at home) and still do not have resolution on when we will see our microwave (or a replacement one). For a family that extensively uses our microwave, this is a huge issue. In addition, I've called in numerous times, waited for over 40 minutes each time with no resolution. This is a $~400 microwave so it deserves some attention.DO User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY. Product is terrible, customer service is atrocious.
