my name is Robert deerman,i own a small plumbing business in gardendale alabama. I had a fender bender with my 2017 chevy express van and had to file a claim with my insurance provider (USAA). my insurance sent a reservation to enterprise car rental in Gardendale, so I called to work out the details.i explained that I would need a truck with the ability to tow, since I use my van for work. the customer service rep. very abruptly told me they did not rent that type of truck and that she could give me the number for me to call the commercial truck division.i called her out for being short with me and she became even more indignant with me. so I ended the phone call. and called my insurance back, they sent me to enterprise rental in Homewood alalbama. on palisades dr. team there opened the door for me and I explained the issues I had in Gardendale. they were very apologetic and explained that would have to be rented from the commercial truck dept. they picked up the phone called that dept. explained what was going on and sent me to see Corey Ransome at that location. from the time I arrived Corey gave me his word he was going to take care of me...and he did just that, had an issue with the insurance and Corey went above and beyond to keep his word. being in the customer service business myself, the way Corey handled everything and represented enterprise rental corporation was exceptional!!.I am a small business that is growing and if the need arises for me to rent or buy a commercial truck, I will be back to see Corey! job well done!!
