Unhappy, never found out why I never received refund or exchange on shoes

Ordered my father a pair or Auburn sneakers for Christmas, they were to big, so I sent them back to Fanatics retail group returns on Jan 19, 2021. Per USPS the shoes were received per the tracking number. No one knows who got them and Id just like to either get a size 10 or refund for my shoes.
