I came to the store using the drive thru service at about 6pm on 4-24-21. I was the 11th car in line, when I got to the order area 20or25 mins had passed. First thing I hear is hold for a moment. Not welcome to Bojangles please hold or its Bo-time can you hold please! Then a voice says again hold on, then a third time. At which I responded I am waiting, but its been over 3 to 4 moments. At which I hear is pull on out of line now, you can go up the street to KFC if you want some chicken!! I said your kidding arent you. The response is no I am not!! Pull out now! Which I did, totally upset! I User's recommendation: Do not go to this Bojangles.
