I bought my home in Fairfield Ohio USA since September 2007 and ever since being paying insurance. We are damage to my roof by wind, now the company insurance adjuster says it could cover! is this fair. I think i have to escalate the matter to my family attorney for advise and support as i feel singled out and ill treated by wester reserve group. After 4 years fully paying insurance the wind damages my roof and wester reserve f group refuses to cover to replace the roof when i have under gage kids at home.
