I bought a car Mercedes Benz in 2017 April. Then in 2018 i had a labour issue where i was dismissed at work for 2 months . I then wrote to debt Review to pay for my account s for this 2 months . Mercedes Benz refused to reduce my installment and i continued paying the same installment . In 2021 i wanted to settle my account . I then wanted a settlement i was shocked to hear that i am owing them R534000 which is the price i bought my car . I disputed that only to find that they ressctructured my account without my concent and that new contaract is not even sighned showing that i am finishing my account in 2028 instead of 2023 May . Always they demand my statements i gave them twice to show that i was never in those lind of arears . They changed statements they threated to reposses my car . I found this disturbing . Now and today i just received a letter that they continue with judgement which is so unfair . I must finish paying my car next year but they force me to end my car in 2028 . How can i pay for a car for 10 years . I therefore request your intervention in this matter
