Unfair Buying Practices
1
This is the third time I have been trying to purchase a pair of newly released shoes and have been unable. Although I am logged-in on the store website with enough time to place the shoes in the cart, within less than 5-10 minutes, the shoes are sold out. How is this possible? However, within seconds of them being sold out, the shoes are already on certain scalping websites for 3 times the price of the actual shoe cost. This is getting out of control and is not fair to people who are trying to purchase a shoe for their own personal use. I ask that these companies find a way to make on-line shopping fair, especially when the shoes will not be sold in-store. User's recommendation: Recommendation to the company is to let everyone, not just the bots and scalpers, have a chance at purchasing newly released shoes on store websites (Finishline, Hibbetts, Foot Locker, etc.).
