Unethical Renewal Process/No Customer Service

We switched off our auto renew, thinking we had done what needed to be done with out CC on their site. Well, they have a two step way to turn off auto renew they don't tell you about, so it renewed again on our CC that we turned off, EVEN THOUGH WE TURNED IT OFF ON OUR CC! You have to ALSO turn it off for the account in a whole other area!! NO WAY to talk to them either! User's recommendation: Do not use this company!
