I returned an item in unused condition well within the 45 day return policy parameters. I had the tracking information from the return to prove it. They held the return for 3 weeks after receiving it back before issuing a refund in order to say that it wasnt returned in time.and tried to keep 50% as a restocking fee. I fought and showed proof and they did ultimately issue the full refund. Unethical business practices. THIEVES! User's recommendation: Don’t buy from them.
