Titan LED and its owner Brian Hennessy have been involved in deceptive, fraudulent, and untruthful practices for quite some time now. For starters, they claim to be 100% USA manufactured LED bulbs yet they have been installing Chinese LED chips in them for a while now, all without alerting their clients to this, let alone their staff. On top of this, they have had numerous installation complaints, numerous light failure complaints, numerous driver failure complaints, and even numerous rebate complaints from many clients which, to this day, still have yet to be rectified. To make matters worse, they have ripped off installers of their pay and have even ripped off their own sales reps of commissions earned. They even had their own National Director, who was there since the company's inception, not only quit, but leave to start a new LED company once he realized everything that was transpiring without his knowledge. Fair warning not to ever do business with a company that continuously allows this type of blatant fraudulent behavior!
