Boilerplate, non-responsive emails from company HQ and cust.serv. This company should not have a business license. Unfortunately, I allowed Cardinal to take advantage of me for way too long before realizing they were a non-performing company. Do good online research before considering Cardinal. Guessing it must be their empl. who leave good reviews. User's recommendation: Don't even consider Cardinal.
