Policy #1474864 Claim #[protected] I paid for a full year of home warranty to this company. I've received nothing but poor customer service with every contact I've had with them. I filed a claim on April 29, 2021, for a/c issues. It is now May 24, 2021, and they are still giving me excuses. No a/c repair - no nothing. Each time I speak with a representative, I am scolded and spoken to rudely. All this company has done so far is to quote every loophole they possibly can. I do not want to get my own repair person, as I have to pay more up front and then am not guaranteed what they will pay. I did this last year with a plumbing issue, and it took weeks to receive a reimbursement check! This is unacceptable! I purchased this plan in good faith, but this company is not standing up to its promises and it doesn't seem intent to do so.
