UNETHICAL BEHAVIOUR: Late Delivery & Parcel Have Been UNSEAL

I have send out a parcel to my friend's on 1st FEB 2021 ( CN: [protected] ) but he only received it yesterday on 25th FEB 2021. It's really over due and the parcel received in COMPLETE DAMAGED. The box have completely broken (tear up) and it also unseal by the courier person without our knowledge/permission and reseal back like a garbage!! I have ask Mr Fazli, the person in charge for PEN but he pushed my case to his worker, Ravethi. When I ask his worker, I've been told that i need to refer to him. Am I am a ball that your worker can pass me like a plaything? I'm very upset, KINDLY INVESTIGATE MY CASE IMMEDIATELY
