Date of incident 09/19/15, saturday, around 630pm to 7pm, loves truck stop, nth platte nebraska drivers truck #4722, driving for crst trkg, dot #53773. Crst was definitely in the wrong coming up on blind side of step deck in the middle of backing into parking spot and crst truck pulled on the passenger side of the step deck crst was on the phone and i drive for r wallace had to blow my horn the step deck stopped and crst would have gotten hit if the step deck didn't stop any questions contact me ricky wallace at [protected].
