Unethical Behavior from filling guy

Dear Sir, I am Reza, deaf and dumb residing in Sharjah, Today I had been to the petrol pump to fill Gasoline next to Zulaikha Hospital in Sharjah, Al Nassiriya Area One of the pump filing guy misbehaves with me as I was not able to speak since I am deaf and dumb I have attached the filling receipt holding all the details of my Payment. Receipt nos : 782344 ; TID #: 107677 Attendant ID : [protected] I appreciate if you can take some action to educate to behave with the People of Determination. Thank you
