This company will bury deep in a 48 page lease agreement, and lot of unsavory terms that take advantage of a lot of smaller businesses. They are looking to make boatloads and are okay with being deceptive about leasing rather than purchasing equipment, and unless you have a legal team in house or a full accounting department that can pour over a 48 page agreement, you will miss some of these things. A 48 page agreement should tell you plenty. I recently changed companies and my new agreement was 6 pages. They have had to revise their agreement because of all the issues they have had in court and continue to operate in a way that gets new legislation passed, then they have to adjust. I DO NOT understand how so many big companies have done business with them. They will mess you up, take you for a lot of money, have zero sympathy even when dealing with something like coronavirus outbreak that has led to hurting businesses, and they will get their money. They also changed names to a new entity (formerly Capital A Leasing), yet nothing changes in their agreements. As a customer, I had no say so in the company change, I just had to go with it. User's recommendation: Do not use them. Find a better option. Period.
