Prior to Covid19, I signed up for a Diamond Elite Membership with Six Flags. I signed up for automatic payments. Six flags sent my account to collections, affecting my credit score without any notification of default of payment. I received no phone calls, no emails, and no written letter of a late notice or final notice. I have tried numerous times trying to contact six flags to alleviate this issue as I still want my membership but I can get through to anyone in regards to accounting issues and I can't reinstate my membership or have the account removed from my credit report. Most infuriating is that I dutifully payed my membership every month despite the fact that the membership was not even able to be utilized. [protected]@gmail.com [protected]
