09/21/2020 I was hung up on by a claims specialist who should of been the person to answer my question. He appeared to not have an answer. I have been told over a month ago to wait for a letter from the KDOL that would have information on it and I never received that letter. I have used a call back option and I also never received a call back. The funding the KDOL received appears to have not been put to use at all considering hours are minimal and employees are lacking.
