Last Year during corvid I was laid off from Hutchison and received unemployment no problem However I found a job in a field I had never worked in and after 2.5 months training in Pensacola, they decided to rehire someone else and terminated my position. It ended on Oct. 16th. I filed for unemployment for the week of October ending on October 31. I had problems filing as I was trying to file it under regular unemployment but the system kept telling me file it under pandemic, and even when I had no other choice I put in comments not pandemic related. I called the next day on the 1st of November and she said that you had to file it under the same claim. What happened from there was that I got no money until Jan 4th after speaking to probably my 100th phone call and going to our local office 3 times before you all stopped that. She took 140 dollars out of one week benefits and I paid 4.83 by money order. The person paid me for 7 weeks and a partial week. After that I got regular unemployment checks but their were 3 weeks they never paid me for including the pandemic money that everyone else was getting I had called hundreds of times about them. . The lady said that she had fixed everything and that the problem was partially the person who tried to help me on Nov 1st, and partly the penalties, Then this year they came back sometime in March and said I owned them 980.00 I think because I got paid for three weeks I shouldn't have been paid for. It doesn't make since. So for the entire time from Oct to March 2021 it should have all been under regular unemployment. Could you please help get this resolved. I have fought as hard as I am exhausted. I cannot get unemployment now because of those fines. Also I have faxed them information that they have requested at least two times. Every time I send it fax with a confirmation to ensure you get it. Thank you, there was no where else I could call that would call me back and that includes the overpayment number that I leave my info for a call back and I never get one. I have to heck it because eventually if falls off and I have to recall again, leave my info and keep doing it. Right now 3 months straight.
