I called in May 2021 to ask the charges for trash pickup. Was told by "Quiana" that the charge would be $80.84 per quarter + $12 for recycling. Based on her representations, I began service with them in June. To my disgust, the actual bills I received have been much, much higher including undisclosed monthly "Administrative Fee" of $5.95 and "Total Fuel/Environmental Recovery Fee" ranging from $22.06 up to $27.34. To add insult to injury, the monthly trash collection fees are $57, which is $171 per quarter, NOT the $92.84 I was told initially. They also charged undisclosed "container delivery" fees of $36.50 x 2 = $73 total. This company is a complete ripoff. I would never have started service with them had I known they were lying about what they charge. I'm going to try to go back to my old trash company ASAP and cancel with this disgusting scam outfit.
