Three cashiers chatting in a circle while the one cashier scanning groceries is busy and eventually would go on to pack up all my groceries by himself - until I said something. But WHY did I need to say it at all? The other three cashiers, ten feet away, would have just kept chatting. Half the time I come to this store I leave disappointed with service. This store needs some serious upgrades and training. It was the first store in DFW metroplex and now it is also most disappointing. It is time to open another store closer to downtown / Linwood so we would not have to drive down there only to leave upset half the time.
