Please take look at your New Castle Indiana plant. My friend had worked there for the past three years as a portioner was forced out of the plant while your management team stood by and watched. She loved her job and was very good at it. The work environment is toxic where horseplay and favoritism run ramped while floor supervisors turn a blind eye to it or even promote it. If you are not into the horseplay and are not a favorite of the supervisor you are harassed and bullied. The favorites will either twist around things people say or right out lie to get the people in trouble that don't want to play their games just simply do the jobs they are being pay to do. Then when called to the office and a person tries to defend themselves you are called a liar by human resource and that the other person that came there first had to be telling the truth. This went on long enough that my friend had to seek psychiatric help and finally quit. Its a shame that this type of work environment is allowed by a company that has been in business for so long, im sure the founders are rolling over in their graves!
