Uncomplete Meal

On 15/5/2021@***.30pm i walk-in customer (take away) ordered Jumbo Meal Combo but i dont rcd the meal without Chicken Burger. Got home at 10pm i try call outlet several time but no answer. I believed the outlet is closed due to MCO SOP. Would like to ask refund on the uncomplete meal or any compensation from your outlet. (Jln Memanda 9, Ampang Point) Hope to receive reply and feedback from your outlet. Thank you
