UNCERNED MANAGEMENT’ AND RESIDENT RELATIONS ARE THE WORST

Update by user Jun 13, 2018 NOT RESOIVED Original review posted by user Jun 13, 2018 THEY STUCK A NOT ON MY DOOR SAYING THEY WAS NOT GOING TO RENEW MY LEASE . WITH NO EXCLAMATION ' I ASSUME THEY WERE ANGRY AFTER I VOICE MY OPINION ABOUT OVER CHARGING ME ON LATE FEES AND OTHER FEES AFTER I EXPLAINED TO THEM THAT THE BANK MGR WERE WILLING TO GIVE THEM A STATEMENT OF A BANK ERROR BUT THEY DID NOT CARE JUST WANTED TO CHARGE ME WHEN IT WAS NOT NECESSARY AND BECAUSE THEY IRRESPONSIBLE IN NOTING MY RENT PAID ON FRIDAY WHEN THEY WERE ACCEPTING MONEY ORDERS INSTEAD THEY POSTED IT PAID ON SATURDAY AS IF THE RENT IS NOT ALREADY HIGH ENOUGH. CHARGING ME A EXTRA $10.00 THIS HAS HAPPEN SEVERAL TIMES GUESS THEY PUT IT IN THEIR POCKETS' RESIDFNT RELATIONS DONT VALUE THEIR TENANTS ALL THEY DO IS LIE AND SCHEME AND CALL OVER CHARGING LATE FEES WHEN CLEARLY THE RENT LEDGER DOES NOT SAY THAT AND SENDING ME A WATER BILL WITH ANOTHER TENANT APT NUMBER ON IT BUT WOULD NOT CREDIT ME. JUST ANOTHER SHOW OF JUST DONT CARE ITS NOT OUT OF THEIR POCKETS I GUESS THATS WHY THEIR RATING IS A 1 WHICH I BOUGHT TO THEIR ATTENTION NICE PLACE TO STAY BUT MGMENT AND RELATIONS NEED TRAINING IN CUSTOMER RELATIONS MAYBE THE WONT HAVE SO MANY PEOPLE LEAVING WITH A UNHAPPY EXPERIENCE OR ALWAYS GOT FOR RENT SIGNS OUT( W H Y) THINK ABOUT IT AND: YOU WILL COME UP WITH THE RIGH ANSWER .
