I explicitly did not renew my subscription in June 2021, a month before my subscription was due for my renewal. To my surprise, they automatically renewed my subscription EVEN WHEN I DID NOT AUTHORIZE RENEWAL. I only saw the renewal when I received my credit card bill the following month. When I contacted Customer Support for a full refund, they said the 7 days cancellation expired. cour How will period expiredNEVNEV expired. User's recommendation: it's a scam.. they try to charge you even if you don't want to renew.
